Flower Update
Here are some more recent pictures of the flower garden this summer. I had a very difficult time getting shots of how it looks overall, but to give you an idea..
The view from the left
And the right. The rest are some closer shots of selected flowers..
Enjoy!
And there was this little pixie sitting next to the Agastache that was just starting to bloom..
It was such a nice day when I took these pictures. After the hottest July on record since 1870, it was a blessing to have a cloudy cool day where it actually felt good to go out and pull weeds in the middle of the day.

There are lots more flowers that I didn't get good pictures of, but if you click on the wide angle pictures you can get a glimpse of some of them.

You have a beautiful garden. It's been cooler the past few days here at NYC as well but it's going to get hot again this weekend.
What beautiful flowers! Especially the little flower in the last photo!
Wow! I remember when you planted some of those...
it's fun to see those flowers bloom
Thanks for coming to visit my blog. I love your flowers. The Russian sage is lovely. I am an Idaho native and a teacher, but now live in northeastern Washington. You are right about the heat... pretty amazing we still have flowers after this summer!
What a lovely garden - thanks for sharing the photos!
