Fight Fatigue with Floradix

I have found a supplement that increases energy! My mom used to always urge me to take iron but I often resisted because I had read that too much iron was bad for you. I pretty much took every other supplement she recommended and am a much stronger person today because of it, but for some reason I always resisted taking Fergon iron.
Well, I recently came across an iron supplement that is different: Floradix. Floradix is plant based rather than animal based. Your body absorbs the two types differently. Even when your body already has enough iron stored up, it will continue to absorb animal based iron at a high rate. However, when you eat or take plant based iron, if your body has enough reserves it stops absorbing the plant source iron. I read a very interesting article in Healthy Living which is where I got all this information. It says that menstruating women, pregnant women, infants & toddlers, vegetarians, teenage girls, athletes and elderly people are all at risk for iron deficiency.
In fact it also said that iron deficiency is the most common nutrient deficiency for women of child-bearing age. Many women think that the fatigue and low immunity they experience are just part of life. So they keep "pushing through it" and rely on caffeine to keep alert. Even having your hemoglobin levels checked for anemia may not tell you that your iron is low. "It takes so long for anemia to develop, you have to completely deplete your iron stores before the hemoglobin will change."
Menstruating women need 18 mg instead of 8 mg of iron. A pregnant woman's need goes to 27 mg! The article says that women athletes "who received 10 mg of iron two times a day for six weeks improved their muscle endurance by 15 percent and their muscle strength by 26.5 percent."
I have been taking this supplement for a couple of weeks and I can definitely tell a difference in my energy level. Mind you, I still don't have the motivation to get up and scrub the bathroom, but now I find I can't use exhaustion as an excuse. It's good stuff. And it comes in a liquid form so it's easy for your body to absorb and you can get exactly the dose you want.
