Some Trip Photos

K, observing the river at Branson, Missouri. Branson, a showplace quite unlike any I'd been before. Even the lamp posts along the river had little speakers with music piping out of them.

A family portrait. One evening we all dressed in white shirts and denim and went to the College of the Ozarks campus for a photo shoot. Here's a picture of the four of us.

K and T with their cousins.
Another portrait. K was getting so tired.

One day we went to The Butterfly Palace. It was fascinating to watch the butterflies all around us.

Back at Grandma and Grandpa's, T loved playing with the trucks that his dad played with when he was a boy.

Outside, the kids could have played in the mud puddles all afternoon. Puddles from rain, not irrigation. But there was much more to explore.

At one of the ponds we saw a frog. She was guarding her tadpoles and actually tried to attack the stick we poked at her.

She came closer to investigate.

Got the stick!

A lovely time exploring Daddy's old stomping grounds.
